For the driver to help load and unload the goods to the vehicles, you may request this via the Add-on service. You can check the price list under Additional Services at https://feleexpress.com/pricing-details/ You may also click the “Chat” button to use the in-app chat feature to confirm with the driver directly.

We care about your delivery experience. After the order has been completed, you will be prompted to rate the driver. If you would like to rate the driver at a later time, simply go back to the order details page on the app or the order details panel on the website.

Once you are matched with a driver, you will see the details of the driver. Your driver will also contact you via phone call to confirm the information. Should you want to reach out to the driver again, you may also contact them via the app in the order details. Mobile App Under the driver

If you have a favorite saved in your account, you may request your favorite driver to pick up your order first.
