The Conditions
- Customers must place their delivery requests through our mobile applications which are available both for iOS and Android devices. You can download the apps here.
- Orders placed through manual calls or text messages do no qualify for this promo.
Our lead-time in preparing to take your order is 10 minutes. 30 minutes will start on the following premises:
- Once we receive a confirmation of your payment.
- Once one of our riders arrives at the pickup location and is handed the package.
- Once the the rider confirms the recipient is reachable and available to receive package.
Fele Express has the right to accept or reject orders if the delivery area is not within the retail coverage area of our services and as such, the 30 minutes guarantee does not apply. However, we will still carry out the delivery.
If our delivery is late due to recipient not being reachable or available, package will be returned to sender with no refund made or dropped at our office for sender to claim it.
